Down-proof fabrics are made of 10D to 50D nylon or polyester in super fine denier with high filament fiber yarn to form a number of styles, such as plain, ripstop, twill, dobby, interwoven and baffaled etc. By different finishing, such as eco-water repelent, cire, breathable and down proof, the fabric is soft, light-weight, easy to handle, smooth to touch, warm and breathable.
